Pastor Kelvin and Co-Pastor Sabrina Nero received their Pastoral calling in the summer of 2004 and started an in-home Bible Study at their home in Nolanville Texas. Under the leading of the Holy Spirit, 0n 19 September 2004 Excellent Covenant Powerhouse Ministries (ECPM) was birthed.

Collectively, they opened the doors of a small store front building located at 3619 Veterans Memorial Blvd in Killeen TX. After only three months of occupancy, God wanted to prove them further and they launched out to find a larger facility located in Harker Heights TX. After nine months of favor, Pastor’s Kelvin and Sabrina moved again in 2005 to 625 East Veterans Memorial Blvd in Harker Heights TX.

Building on the faithfulness of God, they began to establish several ministries, consequently, launching them out for a greater purpose in the Kingdom of God. These Ministries included, The House of Mercy, which feeds and clothes families in the community, Vacation Bible School, Marriage Enrichment, Singles Enrichment, Men’s and Women’s Fellowship and a vibrant spirit filled Children’s Ministry.

In 2008 they purchased 2.7 acres of property enabling their vision to expand ECPM. Inevitably, plans were in the works to build a larger church facility that could accommodate the people of God. Dedicated to construct a new facility, Pastor Nero received a call of opportunity to purchase another church building with five acres of land. Through the leading of the Holy Spirit, Pastors Kelvin and Sabrina were led by Grace to purchase Excellent Covenant Christian Academy and Day Care Center. Their desire to give has made an impact in the community broadening their benevolence for those in need.

Excellent Covenant Powerhouse Ministries is located at 4103 Zephyr Road in Killeen TX, where “Love is our Motivation, Fellowship is our Bond, and Soul Winning our purpose.” Winning Souls, building Families and fellowshipping in the Love of Jesus Christ.

These two dynamic leaders teach with sound wisdom the uncompromising Word of God with simplicity and truth. They are visionaries for the advancement of education, inspiring, healing and prospering the lives of people that they come in contact with.

Pastors Kelvin and Sabrina are both retired from the United States Army, Ordained Elders and both hold Science Degrees in Psychology. They currently reside in Killeen Texas with their sons, Malachi and Matthias.
